1. Server Information & Data

Shocker Servers assumes no responsibility in any server data or backups lost. We recommend that you set up a daily backup and download it to your FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

2. Privacy Policy

Shocker Servers will never distribute or sell your personal information publicly to/from shockerservers.com, unless you give us permission. Any data given on any other website might be used, and no permissions will be asked for.

Cookies are stored on our website in order to make our service easier to use. Our cookies store your login information, and will not track any sites that you may go on.

3. Refund Policy

Any refund wanted 12 hours after purchase will be given, without any penalties. The following services are not eligible for any refund after the payment has been processed: Web Hosting, Domains

Shocker Servers has the right to stop, start, restart, suspend, unsuspend, as well as terminate any service, with or without warning, with or without the consent of the customer, without a refund if deemed necessary by the Shocker Servers staff.

4. Servers

All servers are sold with:

A designated amount of RAM

A support staff

Multicraft Panel

MySQL Databases

 5. Server Abuse

Any suspicious activity found on any of our servers will result in immediate termination, an IP ban, and contact with the proper authorities.

Server abuse can be defined, but is not limited to:

Causing harmful attacks toward the server

Using a hack to get more memory than allocated

Using a hack to overload our servers

Using a hack to use all of our storage capacity

6. Reviews

Reviews may not be given for services that have never been in the “Active” state, any servers that are or have been in the “Suspended” state. Any reviews confirmed with this will be asked to be taken down, because of a violation of our Terms of Service.

8. Termination

Shocker Servers holds the right to terminate any service for any reason, with or without warning. Upon Termination, the order(s) owned by the account holder can be terminated without a full or partial refund. Termination reasons include, but are not limited to the following:

Hacking

Using Shocker Servers in a malicious way

Disrespecting Shocker Servers

 9. Agreement

By accepting these terms, you agree that Shocker Servers has the right to control your server, if needed, or if suspicious activity is detected on any one of our servers. Your server may also be subject to immediate deletion without warning if you violate any of our terms. You agree that any act of fraud will refer you to the proper authorities, and you will also be subject to an IP ban. You agree that these terms of service may change without warning, and you must comply with them.
